Luc Simon has extensive experience in construction management, currently serving as Conducteur de Travaux Principal at Groupe Legendre since September 2014. Notable projects include overseeing the construction of the headquarters for Meduane Habitat in Laval and managing various residential and commercial developments, such as an intergenerational residence in Gennevilliers and a hotel in Gennevilliers. Prior experience at Triverio Construction involved roles in project studies and quality and safety system improvements. Luc Simon holds an engineering degree in Civil Engineering from Ecole nationale d'Ingénieurs de Saint-Etienne and has additional training from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
