Al Seva has diverse experience in network engineering and surveillance systems management. Al has worked at various companies throughout their career, starting with MGM Grand in 1997. At MGM Grand, Seva served as a Systems Analyst, responsible for server administration, Exchange Server maintenance, and domain and client support.
In 1999, Seva joined Station Casinos, LLC as a Network Engineer. In this role, they played a key role in designing the network infrastructure for corporate and remote sites, as well as the Casino Accounting Systems. Al was heavily involved with the EZ Pay and Acres Project and Installation Team, and also analyzed network traffic using monitoring tools. Seva worked at Station Casinos until 2004.
From 2004 to 2005, Seva worked at Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino as a LAN Manager. In this position, they managed the Networking Group, overseeing network and server infrastructure. Seva also redesigned the data center for improved stability, security, and efficiency. Al'sresponsibilities included providing oversight for all systems and network projects.
Seva then joined IGT in 2005, initially serving as an Engineer before being promoted to Engineer II. There, they installed and upgraded gaming systems and networks, including Class II and Class III gaming systems. Seva also performed system integration for state gaming approvals and built and installed high-end server hardware. Al remained at IGT until 2009.
In 2009, Seva joined NCI Information Systems, Inc. as a Senior Network Engineer. Al'srole involved network engineering and design. Seva worked at NCI until 2010, when they became a Consultant at TEKsystems. Al spent most of 2010 in this role before transitioning to North American Video as a Network Engineer.
At North American Video, Seva was responsible for developing, designing, and integrating network infrastructure for surveillance solutions in various public and private markets. In 2013, they transitioned to the role of Surveillance and Security Systems Manager at Salt River Pima-Maricopa Regulatory Agency. In this position, Seva ensured compliance with gaming regulations, oversaw surveillance and security systems, and handled maintenance and future expansions.
Seva returned to North American Video in 2014 as the Manager of Network Engineering. Al'sresponsibilities included system and network integration and design, as well as playing a key role in surveillance systems development for gaming, governmental, and commercial markets. Al also managed and planned large projects.
Overall, Al Seva has extensive experience in network engineering, surveillance systems management, and strategic IT consulting. Al has worked in various industries, including gaming and hospitality, and has a proven track record of successful project management and system design.
Al Seva attended the University of Nevada-Las Vegas from 1986 to 1990, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business.
