Maggie Hobbs, CAPS, CAM, currently serves as a Portfolio Manager at North American Properties, overseeing the operation of 10 properties comprising over 2,000 units in the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area since May 2016. With extensive experience in property management, Maggie previously held the role of Multi Site Property Manager responsible for five high rises in Downtown Cincinnati, successfully completing two new construction lease-ups while managing stabilized assets. Prior roles include Property Manager for new development lease-ups at Peak Campus, where management of a 758-bed project was achieved, and Property Manager at Campus Advantage overseeing a $19 million asset. Maggie began their career at American Campus Communities as an Assistant Property Manager and Leasing Consultant, where recognition for increased sales and a promotion to Assistant Property Manager followed. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the University of Kentucky.
