Tom Bean is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in food and beverage management, currently serving as Clubhouse Manager and Director of Food and Beverage at Kohanaiki since December 2021. Previously, Tom held the position of Senior General Manager at Merriman's Hawaii, contributing to the growth of a renowned farm-to-table restaurant group. With a strong foundation in general management at prestigious establishments including The Fairmont Kea Lani Maui and Ringside Steakhouse Uptown, Tom has consistently achieved financial and customer service excellence. An expert in wine programs, Tom designed award-winning selections at Jory Restaurant and El Gaucho Steak House, and has a background in culinary education as a former Restaurant Management Instructor at Le Cordon Bleu. Tom's formal education includes an International Sommelier credential from the International Sommelier Guild.
