Sunniva Sande has extensive experience in project management and development roles. Sunniva started their career in 2003 as a Team Leader at Agresso R&D. In 1999, they joined UNIT4 Agresso AS as a Systems Analyst/Project Manager and later became a Development Manager. At CGI, they served as a Senior Project Manager from 2015 to 2020. In 2020, they joined Noria as a Senior Project Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Project Manager at Norwegian Red Cross since September 2021.

Sunniva Sande's education history is as follows:

Sunniva Sande completed a Master of Management program at BI Norwegian Business School from 2009 to 2010. The focus of the program was future strategies, management, and organizations.

Prior to that, from 2005 to 2006, Sunniva Sande also pursued a Master of Management program at BI Norwegian Business School, specializing in Project Management.

In 2003 to 2004, Sunniva Sande attended IT-Akademiet, where they obtained a certification as a web designer. The program focused on web page design, digital/multimedia, and information resources design.

In 1995 to 1996, Sunniva Sande attended Skatteetat skolen and obtained a degree as a Skattefunksjonær, specializing in Tax Law/Taxation.

Before that, from 1991 to 1994, Sunniva Sande attended BI Norwegian Business School, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree. The field of study was Business Administration and Management, General.

Additionally, Sunniva Sande has obtained various certifications, including Certified Strategic Project Management from Holte Academy AS (obtained in September 2019), Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from Glasspaper (obtained in June 2018), Certified Change Management ACMP standard from Holte Academy AS (obtained in September 2017), PRINCE2® Foundation Certified from Holte Academy AS (obtained in September 2016), and Mercuri Leadership training from Mercuri Leadership (obtained in May 2008).
