Per Gogstad has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Per is currently working at Noria as a Delivery Manager since March 2017. Prior to this, they were the Chairman of the Board at ANS Øvre Langgate 44, a real estate company, starting from 2007.

Per has also worked at EVRY Norge as the Head of Deliveries to Gjensidige from June 2014 to February 2017. Before that, they had multiple roles at If P&C Insurance, including IT Manager from April 2013 to May 2014, Head of Data Warehouse from January 2008 to April 2013, and Head of Customer Systems from May 2004 to 2007.

Additionally, Per held the position of Head of IT Private Key Account & Project Management at If P&C Insurance from 2000 to 2004. Per gained experience in program management and IT leadership as a Program Manager at Storebrand Livsforsikring from 1999 to 2000 and as an IT-ansvarlig from 1997 to 1999.

In the earlier years of their career, Per worked as an IT-sjef at Norske Liv from 1994 to 1997, and as a Business Analyst / Project Manager at Torinno AS from 1990 to 1994. Per started their professional journey as a System Consultant / Project Manager at Storebrand from 1986 to 1990.

Per Gogstad completed their education in a chronological order, starting with their time at BSHTI Befalskolen den norske Hær from 1982 to 1984. During this period, they earned the rank of Second Lieutenant and studied Transportation. Following this, they attended Datahøyskolen from 1984 to 1986, where they obtained a College Graduate degree in Information Technology. Finally, in 2011, Per Gogstad attended the London Business School for the Top Management Program, specializing in Strategy and Innovation. However, the degree name for this program is not provided.
