Joshua Weed is a General Partner at Veteran Ventures Capital, a growth equity and venture capital firm that makes private investments into veteran-owned, post-revenue companies with a defense and dual-use technology focus. Apart from their role at VVC, Joshua also serves as a Virginia Treasury Board Member, a Member of the Board of Directors and Strategic Advisor at HAVEN Lock, a Limited Partner at Four Oaks Capital, LLC, and Pilot-Legacy Private Equity Group. Prior to their current roles, Joshua held executive positions at Kirby, Stewart & Stevenson, and the United States Air Force. Joshua holds a PhD in Policy Analysis from Pardee RAND Graduate School and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Operations Research from the United States Air Force Academy.
