Ramona P has extensive experience in technology and project management, currently serving as a Senior Technology Analyst at Norfolk Southern Corporation since July 2006. In this role, Ramona champions the development of new code and modifications to existing programs, utilizing COBOL, DB2, and SQL for the in-house inventory management application TYES. Collaboration with business partners and customers in requirement gathering is key to driving new development and program enhancements. Previously, Ramona worked as a Dialogue Developer at Exstream Software from June 2005 to July 2006.
