Govarthanan Balasubramaniyan, CSPO®, currently serves as the Lead Business Data Analyst at the Metropolitan Transportation Authority since August 2022, following a role as Business Data Analyst. Previously, Govarthanan worked as a Technical Business Analyst at Infosys Ltd from May 2018 to June 2021. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Management Information Systems with a Data Analytics track from the University at Buffalo School of Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Anna University Chennai.
