Terje Bjermeland has held various HR and counseling positions in different companies such as Nordlaks, Domstolsadministrasjonen, NAV Arbeidslivssenter Nordland, and NAV Bodø. Terje has a DNV certification from NNL- senter for lederutvikling and has completed a Bachelor's degree in Akvakultur / økonomi. They have also completed education in Personalledelse og kompetanseutvikling and have a fagbrev in Akvakultur from Opplæringskontoret i Møre og Romsdal.
