Paula Mas Bistuer has a diverse work experience spanning different roles in the hospitality industry. Paula started their career in 2016 as an Assistant Cook at Asociación Cultural Castelldaura, where they assisted in hot and cold kitchen preparations, pastry, and served 60-80 guests per service. Paula stayed there until 2019. In 2017, they worked as a Waitress at Restaurante El Celleret for a brief period. From 2018 to 2020, they held various positions, including Assistant Cook at Pamsucre, Event Staff at Triticum - Pan de alta gastronomÃa, and Quality and R&D Department at Frit Ravich. In 2019, they worked as a Restaurant Waitress at CafeterÃa Port Premia. In 2021, they joined Nora Real Food as their Business Corner Development team member. Most recently, in 2022, they are employed at Crowne Plaza® Hotels & Resorts in the Hospitality sector.
Paula Mas Bistuer completed their Bachelor's degree in Culinary and Gastronomic Sciences at CETT_UB Tourism & Hospitality from 2017 to 2021. Prior to that, they attended IES Valerià Pujol i Bosch from 2015 to 2017, where they obtained a high school diploma in Social Sciences. Additionally, in 2014 they completed a summer academic course in Teaching English as a Foreign Language at Ampleforth College. In July 2017, they obtained the First Certificate in English (FCE) from the University of Cambridge.
