Damien M. Haynes has work experience in various roles and companies. In 2006, they started working at First American Title as an Escrow Agent and later became an Inbound Call Center Supervisor. Damien M. worked there until June 2009. From June 2009 onwards, Damien worked as an Independent Sales Representative as a freelancer. In 2012, they joined Grounded Development Public Relations as a Public Relations Assistant, where they worked until October 2013. Most recently, in January 2023, Damien started working at Buzz Impressions as a Business Development Coordinator.

Damien M. Haynes earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of New Orleans between the years 1997 and 2003. In 2012, they pursued further education and completed a Masters degree in New Media Journalism from Full Sail University, which they finished in 2013.
