Judy Chao Maguire has an extensive work history spanning over multiple years. Judy began their career at DA Consulting Group in 1997, where they served as a Senior Consultant until 1999. Following this, they joined IBM Global Services as an Executive Consultant until 2000. Judy then transitioned to Accenture in 2001, working as a Consultant until 2003. In 2003, they joined Keller Williams Realty Int'l. as an Associate Relations Manager until 2007.

After a break, Judy joined Noonday Collection in 2013. Judy started as an Independent Ambassador and held this role until 2018. Judy then took on the position of Customer Support Manager until 2021. Currently, as of March 2021, they serve as the Director of Ambassador Success at Noonday Collection.

Judy Chao Maguire attended Westwood High School from 1989 to 1993. Judy then pursued their higher education at The University of Texas at Austin, where they graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance, completing their studies from 1993 to 1997.
