Tami Halleen is an experienced professional in customer account service and rental asset management. Since January 2021, Tami has served as a Customer Account Service Specialist at Ohio Peterbilt. Concurrently, Tami has been with Ohio CAT since March 2004, holding the position of Rental Asset Service Supervisor, where responsibilities include managing Power Systems rental equipment repairs across North America and developing policies and procedures for service work orders. Tami holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Cleveland State University, obtained between 2001 and 2004.
