Consultant, Outsourcing at Nonprofit HR

Jennifer Morgan works for Nonprofit HR as a Consultant on the Outsourcing team responsible for engaging with her clients to support them in all aspects of the HR lifecycle. As an HR professional that enjoys all areas of HR, Jennifer excels in performance management, learning & development and employee relations. She prides herself as a committed, mission-driven leader with a passion for strategic HR planning.

Jennifer lends her talents to organizations in the advocacy space and prefers to work with the small but mighty teams. Prior to joining Nonprofit HR, Jennifer began her HR career with 10 years in the oil & gas corporate sector and most recently served as the HR Manager at a social services agency that supported individuals with developmental disabilities. It was at this agency that Jennifer learned she is passionate about missions that advocate for disadvantaged, marginalized and vulnerable communities.

With a bachelor’s degrees in Communication and History from the University of Lynchburg and her Professional of Human Resources (PHR) certification, Jennifer holds the belief that an organizations culture is critical to it overall success. Born and raised in Houston, TX, Jennifer now resides in Oregon where she enjoys creative writing, bird watching, family trips to the lake and game nights with friends.
