Tracy Wadsworth is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and team leadership. Currently serving as Vice President at Nomura since November 2012, Tracy leads a team of developers within the Fixed Income division. Prior to this role, Tracy worked at Norfolk Southern Corporation from February 1998 to January 2012 as a Programmer, focusing on ecommerce solutions and participating in team-based development efforts. Earlier experience includes a position as a Technical Support Analyst at Wang from September 1997 to February 1998, providing support on a technical hotline. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Kennesaw State University, complemented by undergraduate coursework in Computer Science from Reinhardt University.
