Carole Piper is an experienced professional in skills development and communication, currently serving as the Head of Skills Development at St. James’s Place Wealth Management since December 2020, focusing on non-technical employee development. Prior to this role, Carole worked as a Facilitator and Coach in various organizations and as a Communication Skills Specialist at UK Body Talk Ltd from January 2013 to December 2020, leading international courses in presentation skills and personal development. Carole has also held positions as an NLP Events organizer and host at The Performance Partnership Limited and as a Television Presenter for major networks including BBC and ITV, where key skills involved delivering high-quality presentations. Carole's early career included roles as a 2nd Assistant Director and Junior Researcher, complemented by a Post Graduate Diploma in Musical Theatre from Arts Educational School, London, and A Levels in Media Studies, Sociology, and Theatre Studies.
