Mateusz Madej has been working in the engineering field since 2011. Mateusz began their career as a Production Engineering Support Intern at Kongsberg Automotive in 2011. Mateusz then worked as a Design Engineer (Konstruktor) at MAGO S.A. from 2013 to 2015. From 2015 to 2021, they were a Design Engineer / Team Leader at UNILOGO ROBOTICS. Most recently, they have been a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at UFSYSTEMS Industrial Engineering since 2021, and they will be a Mechatronics Design Engineer at Nomagic starting in 2022.

Mateusz Madej attended Warsaw University of Technology from 2008 to 2015. Mateusz obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Mechatronika; Mikromechanika in 2012, followed by a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in the same field in 2014. In 2015, they completed a course in Zarządzanie projektami (Project Management). Additionally, they obtained certifications in Basics of professional facilitation - Process Iceberg® Facilitation Programme from the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) in April 2015, and PRINCE2® Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice in January 2015.
