Maysara Hammouda's work experience is as follows:

- Co-Founder & CTO at Predictiva, an advanced AI tech startup focused on predictive analytics utilizing Deep Reinforcement Learning for FinTech and other industries. Maysara started in September 2020.

- Research Assistant at The University of Edinburgh, working with the Social Media Analysis and Support for Humanity (SMASH) group. This research group focuses on mining structures and behaviors in social networks. Maysara started in September 2020 and ended in March 2021.

- Industry Supported Project - MSc Dissertation at Amazon as part of their degree at The University of Edinburgh. The project aimed to build an open-source framework to compress gradients for any Language Model using various gradient compression techniques. Maysara started in February 2020 and ended in August 2020.

- Various roles at Yokogawa, including Site Project Engineer, Project Engineer, System Engineer, and more. These roles involved activities such as witnessing activities, resolving technical queries, coordinating between stakeholders, designing distributed control systems, and selecting equipment. Maysara'stenure at Yokogawa spanned from August 2015 to October 2019.

- Teaching Assistant at King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, where they were responsible for designing and implementing the curriculum and coordinating efforts with the course professor. Maysara worked as a TA from September 2014 to December 2014.

- Optimization and Process Improvement Program - Summer Intern at Saudi Aramco's ARAMCO Entrepreneurship Center. Maysara participated in multidisciplinary projects aimed at improving and optimizing work ventures. The internship lasted from June 2014 to August 2014.

- Founder and Algorithm Designer of KFUPM Resources website at King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals. The website aimed to provide a centralized platform for students to find resources easily. Maysara started this project in August 2011 and ended it in July 2014.

- Grader for various courses at King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, including College Algebra, Linear Algebra and Differential Equations, General Chemistry I, and Introduction to Control & Instrumentation. Maysara collected and graded homework and quizzes for these courses as a part-time grader from September 2011 to May 2014.

- President of ISA-KFUPM Chapter at the International Society of Automation (ISA). Maysara gave lectures on the Automation field, prepared the chapter's plan, and organized technical workshops. Maysara held this position from November 2012 to September 2013.

- Field Researcher at Eastern Region Emara and KFUPM, involved in developing services at King Fahd International Airport in Dammam and King Fahd Causeway. Maysara'sresponsibilities included collecting and studying data. Maysara worked as a Field Researcher from June 2013 to August 2013.

Maysara Hammouda completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Artificial Intelligence at The University of Edinburgh from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, Maysara earned a Bachelor's degree in Control and Instrumentation System Engineering (CISE) from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, where they studied from 2010 to 2015.

In addition to their formal education, Maysara also obtained various certifications. They completed the "Hands-on RL with Ray's RLlib" and "Ray Core Tutorial" certifications from Anyscale in June 2021. They also completed the "Enterprise Foundation Programme" certification from Edinburgh Innovations in October 2020.
