Sang Xulei is a seasoned executive with extensive experience at Alcatel Shanghai Bell, holding the position of Vice President since 1998. Responsibilities include managing an end-to-end business profit center encompassing pre-sales, technical support, product management, and R&D, primarily within the Optics, IP, and Fixed Access domains. Additionally, Sang Xulei serves as the BU Head of Fiber, overseeing the global Fiber Access business and ensuring successful product delivery and profitability. Educational qualifications include an Executive Master of Business Administration from the China Europe International Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
