Hayley Marsden is an accomplished product leader currently serving as Head of Product at Fair HQ, where a tech platform leverages behavioral science to enhance diversity, equality, and inclusion within companies. Previously, Hayley held the position of Head of Product at Click Travel, focusing on creating an inspiring product vision in the challenging landscape of business travel. As a sole trader from June 2005 to August 2017, multiple roles, including Product Team Lead and Product Strategist, were held, alongside experience as a UX Researcher/Product Manager at easyfundraising and a Digital Project Manager at JH, where work involved eCommerce projects for notable fashion brands. Hayley also led User Experience initiatives at Sequence - Your Digital Agency, establishing UX as a key service and collaborating with diverse teams on significant projects for high-profile clients, including Disney and Cardiff University.
