Leif Gunnar Ellingsen has worked in a variety of roles since 1997. Leif Gunnar began as a Laboratorie teknikker at Molde videregående skole in 1997. In 2004, they became a HW/FW utvikling at CTM Lyng AS. From 2006 to 2015, they were a HW/FW development Engineer at Powex AS, where they worked as a consultant in HW/FW development and delivered solutions to seismical vessel operation. In 2015, they became a Development Engineer – B.Sc at Partnerplast. Since 2018, they have been a Lead hardware engineer at Nofence, where they have been responsible for electronic design of the Nofence product, testing specifications and FW dev against multiple EMS providers, certification process, CE, FCC and ISED, implementation of buisness logic FW, and close connection with different suppliers and large component manufacturer.

Leif Gunnar Ellingsen has a Bachelor of Science in Electronic from Sør-Trøndelag University College (HiST), earned between 2001 and 2004. Prior to that, they earned a Tekniker - Elektronik from Trondheim Tekniske fagskole between 1999 and 2001. Leif Gunnar also has a VK2 Elektronikk - Kommunikasjonselektronikk from Kristiansund videregående skole, earned between 1995 and 1996.
