Uğur Akas has a diverse engineering background, currently serving as a Test Validation Engineer at SADELABS since March 2022. Previously, Uğur held the position of Research and Development Engineer at MUDATECH Technology Center from April 2021 to March 2022 and completed an internship as an Avionics Systems Engineering Intern at dhmi Devlet Hava Meydanları İşletmesi Genel Müdürlüğü during the summer of 2019. Uğur's responsibilities included usage definition and condition analysis during test phases, system integration, and daily checks for potential failures. Uğur holds a Bachelor's degree in Electric Electronic Engineering from Ege University, completed in September 2020, and a High School Diploma from Sırrı Yırcalı Anadolu Lisesi, obtained in 2012.
