Ron Alfa, MD, PhD is the Co-Founder & CEO of NOETIK, an AI-native biotechnology company focused on discovering and developing cancer immunotherapies. Prior to this role, Ron served in various leadership positions at Recursion, where he led research, translational medicine, product development, and strategic initiatives. Ron also co-founded and served on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee at The Alliance for Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare. With a diverse educational background in medicine, neuroscience, history of medicine, and animal physiology & neurosciences, Ron brings a unique blend of expertise to his current role.
