Kirsten Frieda began their career in 2003 as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Harvard University. Kirsten then moved to Stanford University in 2006, where they served as a Biophysics Graduate Student Researcher. In 2012, they joined The Boston Consulting Group as a Consultant. From 2014 to 2019, they were a Postdoctoral Fellow at Caltech. Most recently, they have been the Chief Executive Officer at Spatial Genomics, Inc. since 2019.
Kirsten Frieda attended Harvard University from 2002 to 2006, where they earned an AB & AM in Chemistry and Physics. Kirsten then went on to Stanford University from 2006 to 2012, where they earned a PhD in Biophysics.
