Joe Paschall, Sr. has a diverse and extensive work experience. Joe started their career in the US Marine Corps, serving in various positions as a Tactical Intelligence Officer and eventually becoming the Deputy Director of Intelligence. In these roles, they managed large teams and oversaw intelligence collection and coordination efforts.
After their military service, Joe worked as a Senior Program Manager at Northrop Grumman Information Systems. Joe then joined InfoReliance as a Senior Program Manager, responsible for revenue, business capture, and operational delivery of government IT services.
Joe also held positions at nLogic, where they served as a Director and was responsible for client engagement, business development, and strategic growth in the aerospace and defense sector. Joe later became the Executive Director at Advanced Systems Development, overseeing client engagement, business development, and operational delivery of IT services.
In 2015, Joe became the Vice President at nLogic, LLC, where they provided leadership in operations management, contract execution, and business development for a 350-employee small business. Joe led the company in providing systems engineering and integration, software lifecycle, modeling and simulation, test and evaluation, logistics, and cyber security solutions to various government agencies.
Throughout their career, Joe has demonstrated expertise in areas such as IT program management, network engineering, server administration, cyber security, cloud computing, and information assurance. Joe has also been commended for their strategic planning abilities and their contributions to marketing strategic messages in global arenas.
Joe Paschall, Sr. has a strong educational background. Joe obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science & Psychology from Duke University, where they studied from 1984 to 1988. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Strategic Intelligence from the National Intelligence University (NIU) from 1999 to 2000. Continuing their education, they completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Business Administration from Boston University from 2000 to 2002.
In addition to their formal education, Joe Paschall, Sr. has acquired several professional certifications. Joe obtained the Scrum Fundamentals Certification from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in July 2014. In March 2013, they earned the Certified Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance. Furthermore, they obtained the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundations certification from Learning Tree International in October 2011. Joe Paschall, Sr. also holds the Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in February 2009. Additionally, they achieved the Six Sigma Green Belt Professional certification from 6sigmastudy.com in October 2008. Lastly, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in July 2008.
