Erik Eriksson is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the field of high voltage cable systems and renewable energy. Currently serving as Front-End Engineering Manager at NKT since April 2017, Erik is responsible for overseeing a team dedicated to engineering studies and qualification programs for offshore wind and power applications. Previous roles at NKT include Senior Engineering Specialist, R&D Manager, and Engineering Manager in the Tender Department. Prior to NKT, Erik spent nearly nine years at ABB, where roles included Engineering Manager, Lead Engineer, R&D Project Manager, and FEED Project Manager. Erik holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering Physics from Umeå University, complemented by studies at the City University of Hong Kong and the University of Manitoba.
