Ian McMaster is an experienced Learning and Development professional currently serving as a Learning Facilitator at NKD and a Learning & Development Leadership Facilitator and Trainer at Logicearth Learning Services, where Ian is part of a team training approximately 18,000 leaders for an international organization. McMaster has held various roles, including Learning and Development Specialist at AKU Training and Senior Associate Learning Consultant at Neueda, leading projects for a Global Development Programme for managers. Previous positions include Learning and Development Manager at Imagineif and Training and Development Specialist at Henderson Group. McMaster has extensive experience designing and delivering accredited programs, management development initiatives, and bespoke training for various organizations. Owner/Director of Aspire Creative Training, McMaster has also worked as a Training Consultant for Fujitsu and Training Officer at Northern Ireland Curriculum Council.
