Rachel Simon has a diverse work experience spanning over several organizations. Rachel started their career in 2004 as an Executive Administrative Assistant at Environmental Planning Specialists, where they worked until 2010. In 2011, they held positions as a Project Assistant at the American Israel Chamber of Commerce and as a Marketing and Design Assistant at Design2Sell.
In 2012, Rachel joined Community & Southern Bank as an Executive Assistant to the President and Chief Banking Officer. Rachel'sresponsibilities included preparing reports, handling confidential information, coordinating meetings, and assisting senior management. Rachel worked in this role until 2013.
Since 2015, Rachel has been working at Hire Heroes USA. Rachel began their journey as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and COO, providing support and managing administrative tasks. Later, they progressed to the role of Chief of Staff, where they acted as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board of Directors. In this role, they focused on strategic alignment, fundraising, and managing Board GRC.
