Joe Cirone has extensive work experience in project management, specifically in the development, manufacturing, and deployment phases of Point of Purchase displays and fixture programs. Joe started their career as a Line Supervisor at RTC in 2005 and worked in that role until 2007. Joe then became a Project Manager at RTC from 2007 to 2014, where they were responsible for assessing project situations, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring projects were completed on time and within budget. In 2014, Cirone joined Niven as a Senior Team Lead Project Manager, where they continued to manage the development, manufacturing, and deployment of Point of Purchase displays and fixture programs. Joe'sresponsibilities included assessing project situations, implementing corrective actions, and managing project flow processes and risk assessment.

Joe Cirone earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Material Science Engineering from Purdue University, where they attended from 2001 to 2005.
