Karin van Eck possesses extensive experience in marketing, sales, and educational management. Currently, as a collectie specialist for volwassenen and senior medewerker culturele informatievoorziening at Nieuwe Veste since November 2020, Karin has contributed to the organization's cultural information provision. Previously, as manager of the English Education Group at Anglia Network NL from January 2018 to December 2019, Karin focused on B2B and B2C sales, customer service, and the development of new language products. From September 2011 to December 2017, Karin served as marketing/business development manager at The American Book Center, overseeing a marketing team, online communication, purchasing, and organizing events. Earlier, from 1994 to 2011, Karin held the position of deputy director at The American Book Center, managing over 60 staff members and handling international purchasing, sales, and employee training. Karin holds a bachelor's degree in Publishing from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, complemented by earlier education at Hogeschool Tilburg and Franciscus College Veghel.
