Cristiano De Nobili, PhD, serves as the Lead AI Scientist at Pi School since August 2021, leading impactful AI research and mentoring emerging scientists. As a lecturer at Ca’ Foscari Challenge School and Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca, Cristiano imparts knowledge in Quantum Machine Learning and Deep Learning, respectively. Additionally, Cristiano has contributed significantly to the European Commission as a DigitalEU Ambassador and has delivered numerous courses in Deep Learning at MHPC and Deep Learning Italia. Previous roles include Senior Deep Learning Scientist for HARMAN International, where work focused on Samsung's Bixby AI, and Deep Learning Scientist at Addfor S.p.A. with a focus on Computer Vision projects. Cristiano holds a PhD in Statistical Physics from SISSA and has a strong academic background in physics and high-performance computing.
