Catherine T. is an accomplished professional in digital content strategy and user-centered design, currently serving as the Head of Product and UCD at NHS Digital Academy for Health and Care since April 2023. With extensive experience at Nielsen Norman Group since December 2009, Catherine contributes as a Guest Seminar Leader and course designer in Content Strategy and Stakeholder Engagement. Previous roles include Head of Digital Transformation at Health Education England and various leadership positions at Sticky Content Ltd, where Catherine initially founded the agency in 1997 and later served as Chairman and Non-Executive Director.
