Vishwanath BE possesses significant expertise in human resources and industrial relations, currently serving as Manager - HR&IR at Nidec Leroy-Somer since August 2022. Prior experience includes a similar role at Wistron from December 2020 to August 2022 and a Deputy Manager position at INDO-MIM Private Limited from August 2008 to December 2020. Earlier in the career, Vishwanath held the title of Sr. Officer - HR&IR at Indus Fila Limited from April 2006 to August 2008. Vishwanath holds a PGDM in HR & IR from HB College of Communication & Management - Bharathiya Vidya Bhavan and an HR Certification from Wellinkar University.
