Barbara Bonino is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in HR management across various industries. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at SMT Corp. since May 2023, Barbara previously held similar positions at Weeks Automotive Group and Stamford Marriott Hotel. At Weeks Automotive Group, Barbara managed all HR functions and payroll for multiple automotive brands, while at Stamford Marriott Hotel, Barbara was responsible for enhancing the onboarding process and addressing employee retention and performance management.
