Tomasz Wolinski is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in information services, technology, and operations controlling within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as the Group Information Services & Technology Head and Group Operations Controlling Manager & BPO Leader at NICOLS since September 2015, Tomasz has been instrumental in plant and supply chain controlling, investment analysis, and leading change management initiatives. Previous roles at NICOLS included Controlling Development Manager and ERP/Controlling Support Manager, where responsibilities encompassed budgeting, production KPI reporting, and managing ERP implementation projects. Beginning a career at Nicols Poland in 2004, Tomasz held positions such as Production Manager, Quality Manager, and Quality Controller/Coordinator, focusing on production management and quality systems.
