Matt Koch is an experienced leader in public service and organizational management, currently serving as a Board Member for the National Industries for the Blind and as the Deputy Commissioner of Enterprises/Chief Executive for Virginia Industries for the Blind since 2014. Previous experience includes roles as Chief Operating Officer for the Virginia Department of Game and Inland Fisheries, where Koch implemented strategic plans to enhance operational effectiveness and customer engagement, and various leadership positions at Capital One. Koch's military background as a Navy Officer and experience as a White House Social Aide complement an education from prestigious institutions, including Harvard Kennedy School and Duke University.
