Levinia St. Jean is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Director of the NHL Security Operations Center since May 2023, while also holding the position of Intelligence Officer with the Massachusetts Air National Guard as of November 2023. Levinia's previous roles include being a student at the National Intelligence University from August 2022 to May 2023 and serving as an Intelligence Officer in the MA ANG from June 2018 to July 2022. Prior experience includes positions as Assistant Director of Operations at both the 22d Intelligence Squadron and the 488 IS, as well as Flight Commander at Weapons & Tactics for RC-135. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Leadership in Education from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, a Master of Science in Science Technology & Intelligence from the National Intelligence University, a Master's degree in Strategic Intelligence from American Military University, and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from East Carolina University.
