Amy B. has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Consultant at the Norwegian Geotechnical Institute since March 2023. Prior to this role, Amy held various positions at Nykode Therapeutics, including HR Project Manager, where responsibilities included team building, in-house recruitment, onboarding processes, and the implementation of HR systems and procedures. Experience also includes HR Advisory and Consultancy roles focused on establishing HR functions and processes. Additionally, Amy has held internships in HR performance and development with Norsk Hydro, alongside customer service roles in retail and hospitality. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Leadership and Organizational Psychology from BI Norwegian Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Essex.
