Juš Pogačar is an experienced analytics professional currently serving as Head of Analytics at Ngen since June 2023, focusing on portfolio analytics, market analytics, BESS multi-marketing optimization, and algorithmic trading. Previously, Juš held multiple roles at GEN-I, d.o.o. from July 2019 to December 2022, progressing from Quantitative Analyst to Senior Quantitative Analyst and Team Lead, specializing in market and portfolio intelligence for trading. Prior experience includes an analyst role at SKB banka d.d. Ljubljana from March 2013 to July 2019, where responsibilities included risk modeling, scoring model development, and portfolio monitoring. Juš also contributed to research in risk management as a student researcher at SKB banka and Abelium, focusing on Bayesian decision-making and blockchain technology. Juš holds a Master's degree and Bachelor's degree in Financial Mathematics from the University of Ljubljana.
