Richard has held various roles in different companies, including Head of IT Technical Operations at NFU Mutual, SAP Service Owner at National Grid, IT Service Manager at Innogy Business Services UK Limited, Service Delivery and Vendor Manager at Legal and General Home Finance, and IT Service Management Consultant at Capgemini, Serco, and Specialist Computer Systems Ltd. Richard has also served as a Service Delivery Manager at Northgate Information Solutions and Head of Technical Services at Outsourcery. Richard is experienced in managing live services, building relationships between IT and business teams, assessing changes for risk, managing service improvement, and overseeing vendor relationships. Richard has successfully completed projects such as infrastructure revamps, service transitions, and system relocations.
Richard Holland attended Merchant Taylors School from 1986 to 1991. Richard did not obtain a degree or specialize in a specific field of study during their time at the school. In terms of additional certifications, Richard obtained a Certificate in Transformational Coaching from EMCC Global in June 2022. Additionally, in June 2009, they acquired the ITIL V2 Service Manager certification, although the institution from which they obtained this certification is unknown.
