Nick Santamauro is an accomplished IT Director with extensive experience in program management, quality assurance, and agile methodologies, currently leading the IT Lean Program Management of the Group Benefits Portfolio at The Hartford since August 2018. Previously, Nick held various director roles at Travelers from 2009 to 2018, focusing on eBusiness transformation, quality assurance, and portfolio management, successfully supporting multiple teams and projects across the organization. Nick's career began at AT&T, where responsibilities included level 3 technical support. An alumnus of the University of Connecticut, Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and Math.
