Javier Heras Alcuaz currently serves as the Unreal Engine Team Lead at Nexxyo Labs, overseeing the Character programming team for the development of the Outer Ring MMO since April 2022. Prior to this role, Javier worked at GGTECH Entertainment from September 2020 to April 2022 as a PlayCanvas Tech Lead, PlayCanvas Developer, and Unity Developer. Earlier experience includes a position as a Unity Developer at SayHey from May 2020 to September 2020. Javier holds a degree in Desarrollo en Realidad Virtual y Aumentada, Modelado, entornos virtuales y simulación from the University of Deusto, completed in September 2021, as well as a Curso Superior de Diseño y Desarrollo de Videojuegos con Unity from the same institution, finished in June 2020. Javier's educational background also includes completing Bachillerato at IES Marqués de Villena.
