Diego Carmona has extensive experience in the field of technical support engineering. Diego began their career at Capgemini in 2005 as a Support Engineer for Sun Microsystems, providing support in Spanish, French, and English for Solaris, Linux, Servers, and Storage. During their time at Capgemini, Diego also gained expertise in SPARC server support from the V880 generation to Txx and storage capacity monitoring and support. In 2012, they joined Oracle as a Technical Support Engineer, specializing in SPARC server hardware support in both English and French. Diego achieved weekly and monthly SLAs and contributed to the knowledge base to facilitate collaboration between language and product teams. Diego is currently working at Nexthink as an L3 Support Engineer, where they utilize their expertise to provide support.
Diego Carmona pursued a Bachelor's degree in Administration and Business Management from 2017 to 2018 at the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia - U.N.E.D.
