Ashley Sidik is an experienced operations and recruiting professional with a strong background in administrative support and human resources. Currently serving as an Operations Specialist at NextGen Federal Systems since January 2020, Ashley facilitates program onboarding and off-boarding, manages purchasing tasks, and collaborates with program Task Leads on various administrative actions.
