Ashley Sidik is an experienced operations and recruiting professional with a strong background in administrative support and human resources. Currently serving as an Operations Specialist at NextGen Federal Systems since January 2020, Ashley facilitates program onboarding and off-boarding, manages purchasing tasks, and collaborates with program Task Leads on various administrative actions. Previously, Ashley held roles as a Senior Recruiting Coordinator and Recruiting Coordinator where responsibilities included engaging candidates throughout the recruitment process, coordinating interviews, sourcing candidates, and maintaining compliance with OFCCP regulations. Ashley's earlier experiences include positions at The Johns Hopkins University – Carey Business School, where roles spanned from Budget Specialist to Coordinator of Faculty Affairs, as well as clerical and receptionist positions in various organizations. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and Classical Studies from the University of Delaware.
