Michael Mayrhans is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in operational and financial restructuring, M&A advisory, and financial analysis. Currently serving as a Manager at nexpert AG since September 2020, responsibilities include controlling, debt and equity advisory, and data science initiatives. As an M&A Manager at Mayrhans Finance Advisory since January 2022, expertise focuses on transactions ranging from 5m to 30m in revenue and valuation services. Michael also founded 22nd CENTURY INVESTING, providing information services for the financial market. Prior experience includes roles at Horváth & Partners and Vattenfall, where significant contributions to process optimization and IFRS project management were made. Michael holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Arts in Controlling, Finance, and Accounting from Pforzheim University, and specialized training in commercial real estate finance and financial modeling from the Corporate Finance Institute.
