Marcos Baird is a seasoned visual design professional with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as a Lead Visual Designer at Nexon America since January 2016, Marcos previously held the position of Creative Service Designer at Netflix, where responsibilities included designing AB test artwork and collaborating with the design team to meet tight deadlines. At mOcean, from January 2008 to February 2011, Marcos worked as a Senior Designer/Art Director, managing projects from concept to completion. Earlier experience includes roles as Senior Designer/Art Director at Deadline, where Marcos was promoted from entry-level production artist due to outstanding work, and as a Graphic Designer at Intelligent Computer Solutions, Inc., focusing on print ads and graphic user interfaces. Marcos holds a B.A. in Psychology and an MBA, having studied at SDSU, CSUN, and the University of Phoenix.
