Mike Helba has extensive work experience in scientific roles. Mike has worked at NeXolve Holding Company, LLC as Chief Scientist since April 2018. Prior to this, they worked at ManTech (NeXolve) for almost 19 years, starting as a Principal Scientist in July 1999 and staying until April 2018. Before joining ManTech, they worked at SAIC for 10 years as a Senior Engineer from May 1989 to July 1999.

Mike Helba attended the Georgia Institute of Technology from 1985 to 1988, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Physics. Mike later attended The University of Alabama in Huntsville from 1989 to 1994, where they earned a Master of Science degree in Operations Research.
