Sanja Brac is an experienced professional in customer experience and marketing, currently serving as a Customer Experience Expert at Nexi Croatia since November 2022. Prior to this role, Sanja held similar positions at Nets Group and served as a Marketing Expert at Mercury Processing Services International. Sanja's career began at Privredna banka Zagreb, where responsibilities included Chief Manager at the Distribution Channel Development Department and Analyst in the Finance Department. Sanja also contributed as Team Leader for Customer Experience at Intesa Sanpaolo Card. Educational qualifications include a degree from the University of Gloucestershire and the University of Zagreb.
