Joe Drift is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Executive Chef and General Manager at NEXDINE Hospitality since March 2023, Joe previously held the position of Executive Chef and Director of Operations at Sky Meadow Country Club from April 2014 to April 2023. Joe also owned and operated The Saffron Bistro from June 2007 to June 2013. Educationally, Joe holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Southern New Hampshire University, completed between 1998 and 2002.
